PORTSMOUTH, NH—What does zoning have to do with poverty, health and well being? And how can more authentic places make us happier and more connected to our neighbors? Russell Preston explores these questions while unveiling an open-source technology that cities can use — for free — to help them put zoning codes back to work for their communities. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
